Event Registrations: If you have registered for an event organized by Tresna Foundation through the payment gateway and need to cancel your participation, please follow these guidelines:
Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours prior to the event may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative fees.
Cancellation requests received within 7 Days of the event may not be eligible for a refund. However, depending on the circumstances, we may consider transferring your registration to a future event or converting it into a tax-deductible donation.
Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any recurring donation or membership program through the payment gateway, please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during the subscription process. Cancellation policies may vary based on the subscription type and duration.
