Early Detection: Paving the Way to Lasting Futures

Tresna Foundation reaffirms our commitment to a future free from cervical cancer. In partnership with CAPED India, we are actively contributing to a #CervicalCancerMuktBharat.
We believe in the transformative power of education and community outreach. Together, we have empowered 36 ASHA workers at PHC Valetva- to become champions of women’s health. Led by Mrs. Rohini Chandra, Project Head for CAPED at Tresna Foundation, these dedicated individuals have received training on raising awareness about cervical cancer. This empowers women in the surrounding regions to prioritize their health and access vital care.
These efforts mark a significant stride in promoting early detection and prevention, ensuring women receive the care they deserve. This training equips these frontline workers to build a foundation for sustainable health practices within their communities.
Certificates were awarded to the ASHA workers in recognition of their participation in the training program.
