Empowering with skills

Tresna Foundation has started the sewing classes at Kanyashala Chaklasi, Nadiad Taluka, Kheda District for girls under Project Kaushalyam. The course is for a duration of six months. We are happy to note that 100 girl students have enrolled for the same.
Certificates were handed over to girl students of Class 8 who have undertaken the course as they are being promoted to Class 9 for the next academic year. The extracurricular activities conducted by us shall motivate the girl children and also boost their self confidence from an young age.
Our Project Kaushalyam is intended for larger good of the girls arming them with additional skill sets. Tresna Foundation has always championed the cause to empowering girls and women. It brings us satisfaction to see we are on the right path to improvise the lives of young girls.
