‘Hu Chu’ – I EXIST – Khambhat
AdminOn the occasion of International Women’s Day, Tresna Foundation celebrated ‘Hu Chu’ – I EXIST, a celebration of the spirit of womanhood by saluting the essence of the woman. The event brought together more than 1500 women from 30 villages of Khambhat taluka under one roof. Dr. Hetal Patolia, a reputed gynecologist of Ahmedabad, addressed the women about the importance of
menstrual hygiene. We plan to hold regular gynecology camps in these villages regularly in the near future.
This event also involved the distribution of sanitary pads made by juveniles of 15 to 17 age group from Khanpur Observation Center in Ahmedabad to these women.
