Menstrual Awareness Campaign

Tresna Foundation’s Project Swabhiman has been focusing constantly to remove misconceptions. Mahdu Yaparua Primary School, Sathi Yaparua Primary School, Dantani Primary School, Phagani of Patelad Taluk, Rupyaparau Primary School, Semarda Primary School, V Rolli (C) Primary School, V Shramparua Primary School, Kharmal Primary School, Dharmajarm Primary School were the schools we had interactions with students. The interactive session helped in understanding menstrual care and use of sanitary pads. We distributed free sanitary pads. As a small step to ensure menstrual health of girls we have visited villages in the state and hope for health and welfare of girls and women across the country. We hope to make a big step towards security of women.
