Our aspiration soars higher today as we share another achievement under Project Garima. Tresna Foundation has started the construction of a girls washroom at Pay Center School, situated at Paldi, Nadiad Taluka, Kheda District. Gujarat.
A journey towards good health and hygiene begins with betterment of the sanitation facilities at schools for the students. We focus on sanitary facilities at Government schools primarily as the educational institutions have a strong impact in rural areas. The good hygiene habits learnt as young students is practised in adulthood too.
Team Tresna expects an impactive attendance of girl students in the coming batches at schools, as we focus on bridging the gap and shedding inhibitions of discomfort. We also wish to witness the girls grow up and promote good health and hygiene practices in rural communities. The health and education of the adolescent girls, our priority always.
