Cervical Cancer Awareness Project

Redesigning lives with a healthier tomorrow

At Tresna Foundation, we remain steadfast in our mission to pave the way for a #CervicalCancerMuktBharat. By joining forces with CAPED India, we are creating meaningful changes in rural communities.
Our training has helped empower ASHA workers across two key primary health centers being 40 ASHA workers at PHC 1 to 5. Led by Mrs.Rohini Chandra, Project Head for CAPED at Tresna Foundation, the ASHA workers received training. Today they are skilled with critical knowledge to impart awareness on combating cervical cancer.
The community engagement by ASHA workers ensure women in the regions have access to lifesaving care. We believe that the steps taken not only addresses cervical cancer but also impacts in broader health improvements of underserved regions. Together, we build healthier communities, one woman at a time.
The ASHA workers have been awarded Certificates for their participation in the training program.
